Great work comes from great collaboration
We're a young, energetic team that thrives on the challenge of making every build better than the last.
We love challenges
At QC Design & Build, we buy underutilized properties in Charlotte's best neighborhoods, tear them down, and build custom homes from the ground up. We handle everything in-house — design, permitting, construction and sales — so every detail is intentional.
Established in 2019, we've completed 50+ projects across the Charlotte metro, building a reputation for thoughtful design, quality construction, and homes that hold their value.
What sets us apart: we take on the projects others avoid. Complicated lots, tight timelines, outdated teardowns — we see opportunity where others see obstacles.
Our approach is simple
Thoughtful design. Quality construction. Attention to detail. We don't cut corners, and we don't compromise.
The people behind the projects
A close-knit team that handles every stage of the build in-house — so nothing gets lost between vendors.
Jaimal
Keeps projects on track and the team moving — without the fluff. Just execution.
Krina
Reimagines spaces with bold ideas and smart layouts. Always design-forward, never cookie-cutter.
Mindy
Runs point on the chaos so you don't have to. Seamless execution is her thing.
Tony
Turns blueprints into reality, one power tool at a time. His go-to: "We can build that."
Button JD
On site and on it. From foundation to final walkthrough, he's making sure every nail hits right.
Tori
Creates content, strategy and stories that make people stop scrolling — and stick around.
Kendyl
Brings the vision to life, one shot at a time. No boring walkthroughs here.
